Extension or termination of Agreement. 9. (1) The periods set forth in subclause (1) of Clause 7 and subclauses (6) and (7) of Clause 8 will be extended (in addition to any extension granted pursuant to Clause 26 or 27) upon request of either the Partnership or the State for such reasonable period or periods as may be necessary from time to time to enable either of the parties hereto to comply with laws relating to traditional usage.
