EXTENSION OF USE The Contract may be extended to additional States or governmental jurisdictions upon mutual written agreement between New York State (the lead contracting State) and the Contractor. Political subdivisions and other authorized entities within each participating State or governmental jurisdiction may also participate in the Contract if such State normally allows participation by such entities. New York State reserves the right to negotiate additional minimum NYS Vehicle Discounts based on any increased volume generated by such extensions.
EXTENSION OF USE COMMITMENT The Contractor agrees to honor all orders from State Agencies, political subdivisions and others authorized by law (see Section 25 Extension of Use) which are in compliance with the pricing, terms, and conditions set forth in the Contract. Any unilateral limitations/restrictions imposed by the Contractor on eligible Authorized Users will be grounds for cancellation of the Contract.
TAM Extension Service The TAM Extension Service is an extension of a Red Hat Enterprise Linux TAM Service to provide additional technical knowledge such as SAP implementations on Red Hat Enterprise Linux. The TAM Extension Service requires a separate active and paid standard TAM Service Subscription.
Extension of Concession Period Subject to the provisions of Clause 35.6, in the event that a material default or breach of this Agreement set forth in Clause 35.2 causes delay in achieving COD or leads to suspension of or reduction in collection of Fee, as the case may be, the Authority shall, in addition to payment of compensation under Clause 35.2, extend the Concession Period, such extension being equal in duration to the period by which COD was delayed or the collection of Fee remained suspended on account thereof, as the case may be.
Extension of Probationary Period The probationary period shall not be extended except in the case of extended illness or injury or compelling personal situation during which time the employee was unable to work. In such cases, the probationary period may be extended for the length of time the ill or injured employee was unable to work.
EXTENSION OF CONTRACT The Director of Procurement Services may, with the consent of the contractor extend the Contract period beyond the indicated expiration date.
Termination for Concessionaire Default 37.1.1 Save as otherwise provided in this Agreement, in the event that any of the defaults specified below shall have occurred, and the Concessionaire fails to cure the default within the Cure Period set forth below, or where no Cure Period is specified, then within a Cure Period of 60 (sixty) days, the Concessionaire shall be deemed to be in default of this Agreement (the “Concessionaire Default”), unless the default has occurred solely as a result of any breach of this Agreement by the Authority or due to Force Majeure. Extension of Agreement Prior to the original expiration date of this Agreement, the Parties mutually agree to extend this Agreement to the February 15 extension date identified in Paragraph VIII(A). Term of Contract; Contract Extension The Contract will be in effect from the Effective Date (15 December 2016) through 31 December 2018. DAS, in its sole discretion, may extend this Contract for additional terms beyond the original term, prior to Termination or expiration, one or more times for a combined total period not to exceed the complete length of the original term.
F8 Extension of Initial Contract Period F8.1 The Authority may, by giving written notice to the Contractor, extend the Contract for a further period up to the date set out in the Form of Contract. The provisions of the Contract will apply throughout any such extended period.
