Common use of Extending Cure Periods Clause in Contracts

Extending Cure Periods. Consent to extend a cure period under this Section shall not be unreasonably withheld by either Party, so long as the breaching Party has commenced good faith efforts to cure the breach during the sixty (60) day notice period.
