Common use of Extended Health Coverage Clause in Contracts

Extended Health Coverage. The Employer shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the monthly premiums for extended health care coverage for regular Full-time and Part-time employees and their eligible dependents under the Plan which is mutually acceptable to the Union and the Employer. The Plan benefits and the terms and conditions of such benefits are set out in the above-mentioned Gitxsan Health Society Benefits Plan Pamphlet.
