Common use of Exposure to COVID Clause in Contracts

Exposure to COVID. 19: Employees who are exposed to any student or other district employee who has a confirmed case of COVID-19, shall be notified by the district as soon as reasonably possible, at the direction of the health department(s).

Exposure to COVID. 19: Employees who are exposed to any student or other district District employee who displays COVID-19 symptoms or who has a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19, or who are exposed to any student or staff member who was in close contact with someone with a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 shall be notified by the district District as soon as reasonably possible, at the direction but no later than start of the health department(s)next school day, or within twelve (12) hours if the District becomes aware before a weekend or holiday.

Exposure to COVID. 19: Employees who are exposed to any student or other district 31 employee who has a confirmed case of COVID-19, shall be notified by the district as soon 32 as reasonably possible, at the direction of the health department(s).
