EXPERIMENTATION AND INNOVATION. 9-3-1 The School Board and the Association recognize the need for experimentation and innovation in educational programs. New techniques in staffing and scheduling may involve changes in the length and number of class periods taught and the number of students assigned to a given class. Teachers and the Administration may cooperate in the mutual development and implementation of such innovative programs.
