Planning Parameters Clause Samples
The Planning Parameters clause defines the specific criteria, guidelines, or constraints that must be followed during the planning phase of a project or agreement. It typically outlines key factors such as timelines, resource allocations, deliverable milestones, or budgetary limits that guide how planning activities are conducted. By establishing these parameters, the clause ensures that all parties have a clear understanding of the expectations and boundaries for planning, thereby reducing misunderstandings and helping to keep the project on track.
