Experian Responsibilities a. Experian will provide marketing content and collateral for Employer’s use in preparing informational materials and other communications for employees regarding the Services (“Marketing Content”). No changes to the Marketing Content is permitted unless Experian has reviewed and given prior written approval. b. Experian will provide Employer with instructions for initiating additions, changes, and deletions to Enrollment Records. Experian may occasionally update the file format or categories of information that needs to be submitted as a part of Enrollment Records. Experian will not be responsible for reviewing the data contained within any Enrollment Records as provided by the Employer for completeness or accuracy. Enrollment Records received by Experian from an Employer shall be use and ingested by Experian. c. Experian will send each newly enrolled individual information on steps to take to activate their Services, which requires: i. internet access ii. a valid email address‌ iii. registration on Experian’s online platform
