UNION RESPONSIBILITIES definition

UNION RESPONSIBILITIES. The Union agrees that there shall be no strike, walk-out, or slow- down on the part of any employee, nor shall the Union declare a or slow-down during the term of this agreement. It shall not be considered a violation of this agreement for employees to refuse to cross or work behind any picket line. EMPLOYER RESPONSIBILITIES: The Employer agrees that there shall be no lock-out of employees during the term of this agreement. The Employer and Union agree not to discriminate for reasons of race, creed, colour, religion or place of origin.
