Expenses of the Company. Except as expressly otherwise provided in Section 14, the Company shall pay all its costs and expenses and shall reimburse the Manager or its Affiliates, as applicable, for all costs and expenses of the Company’s operations, and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, it is specifically agreed that the following costs and expenses shall be paid by the Company and shall not be paid by the Manager or its Affiliates:
