Common use of Expenses and Vacations Clause in Contracts

Expenses and Vacations. (a) The Company shall reimburse the employee for all reasonable and necessary travel and entertainment expenses incurred by the Employee in the performance of the Employee's duties hereunder upon submission of vouchers and receipts evidencing such expenses.
