Common use of Expense Records Clause in Contracts

Expense Records. The Architect/Engineer shall maintain its direct personnel expense records, consultant expense records, and other expense records which pertain to the Project, as well as its record of accounts between the Architect and the Owner which pertain to the Project. These records shall be kept in a generally recognized and acceptable accounting basis. The records shall be available to the Owner or its authorized representatives, during regular business hours for inspection and copying. The Architect/Engineer shall maintain accurate time records, to within the nearest one half of an hour for each time entry for all work performed by the employees of the Architect/Engineer under this Agreement.
