Expense Records. Dimension shall maintain complete and accurate books, records and accounts used for the determination of all costs and expenses incurred in connection with the performance of its obligations under the Research Plan and in accordance with the Research Budget, in sufficient detail to confirm the accuracy of any payments required under this Agreement, which books, records and accounts will be retained by Dimension for *** Confidential Treatment Requested *** […***…] after creation thereof, or longer as is required by applicable Law. Such books, records and accounts shall be kept in accordance with Dimension’s then-current accounting procedures. Bayer shall have the right, during normal business hours and upon reasonable advance notice, to review and copy all such records maintained by Dimension.
