Expedition Sample Clauses

The 'Expedition' clause defines the procedures and responsibilities related to the shipment and delivery of goods under a contract. Typically, it outlines how and when goods are to be dispatched, the party responsible for arranging transportation, and any requirements for documentation or notification upon shipment. For example, it may specify that the seller must ship goods by a certain date using a designated carrier and provide tracking information to the buyer. This clause ensures that both parties have clear expectations regarding the logistics of delivery, reducing the risk of delays or misunderstandings in the fulfillment process.
