Common use of Expedition Clause in Contracts

Expedition. The investigation and processing of grievances shall be conducted at mutually agreeable times so that classroom activities are not interrupted. It is intended that grievances should be processed as rapidly as possible; therefore, every effort should be made by all parties to expedite the process and to do those acts as necessary within the time period provided herein.
