PERMISSIBLE USAGE Clause Samples

The Permissible Usage clause defines the specific ways in which a party is allowed to use a product, service, or information provided under the agreement. It typically outlines acceptable activities, such as internal business use, and may restrict actions like redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation beyond the agreed scope. By clearly delineating what is and is not allowed, this clause helps prevent misuse and ensures both parties have a shared understanding of the permitted boundaries, thereby reducing the risk of disputes over unauthorized use.
