Existing Facilities Only. SMEU is under no obligation to add, build, keep, maintain, or replace Poles or any other facilities for the use or convenience of Licensee. The maintenance, replacement, removal, relocation, or addition of SMEU Poles and facilities shall remain within the sole province and discretion of SMEU.
