Exemption of Landlord from Liability. Landlord shall not be liable for any damage or injury to the person, business (or any loss of income therefrom), goods, wares, merchandise or other property of Tenant, Tenant's employees, invitees, customers or any other person in or about the Property, whether such damage or injury is caused by or results from: (a) fire, steam, electricity, water, gas or rain; (b) the breakage, leakage, obstruction or other defects of pipes, sprinklers, wires, appliances, plumbing, air conditioning or lighting fixtures or any other cause; (c) conditions arising in or about the Property or upon other portions of the Project, or from other sources or places; or (d) any act or omission of any other tenant of the Project. Landlord shall not be liable for any such damage or injury even though the cause of or the means of repairing such damage or injury are not accessible to Tenant. The provisions of this Section 6.02 shall not, however, exempt Landlord from liability for Landlord's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Landlord shall not be liable for any such damage or injury even though the cause of or the means of repairing such damage or injury are not accessible to Tenant. The provisions of this Section 6.02 shall not, however, exempt Landlord from liability for Landlord's ’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

The provisions of this Section 6.02 shall not, however, exempt Landlord from liability for Landlord's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Landlord shall not be liable for any such damage or injury even though the cause of or the means of repairing such damage or injury are not accessible to Tenant. The provisions of this Section 6.02 shall not, however, exempt Landlord from liability for to the extent of Landlord's ’s gross negligence or willful misconduct, and are subject to Section 4.04(d)(iv) above.

Landlord shall not be liable for any such damage or injury even though the cause of or the means of repairing such damage or injury are not accessible to Tenant. The provisions of this Section 6.02 shall not, however, exempt Landlord from liability for Landlord's gross negligence or willful misconduct. Section 6.03.

Exemption of Landlord from Liability. Landlord shall not be liable for any damage or injury to the person, business (or any loss of income therefrom), goods, wares, merchandise or other property of Tenant, Tenant's ’s employees, invitees, customers or any other person in or about the PropertyPremises, whether such damage or injury is caused by or results from: (a) fire, steam, electricity, water, gas or rain; (b) the breakage, leakage, obstruction or other defects of pipes, sprinklers, wires, appliances, plumbing, air conditioning or lighting fixtures or any other cause; (c) conditions arising in or about the Property Premises or upon other portions of the ProjectPark, or from other sources or places; or (d) any act or omission of any other tenant of the ProjectPark. Landlord shall not be liable for any such damage or injury even though the cause of or the means of repairing such damage or injury are not accessible to Tenant. The provisions of this Section 6.02 shall not, however, exempt Landlord from liability for Landlord's ’s gross negligence or willful misconduct, or from its liabilities under Section 5.06 and Section 6.03.

Exemption of Landlord from Liability. Landlord shall not be liable for any injury or damage or injury to the person, business (person or any loss of income therefrom), goods, wares, merchandise or other property of Tenant, Tenant's ’s employees, contractors, invitees, customers or any other person in or about the PropertyLeased Premises, whether such damage or injury is caused by or results from: (a) from fire, steam, electricity, watergas, gas water or rain; (b) , or from the breakage, leakage, obstruction or other defects of pipes, fire sprinklers, wires, appliances, plumbing, air conditioning or lighting fixtures fixtures, or from any other cause; (c) , whether the said injury or damage results from conditions arising in or about upon the Property Leased Premises or upon other portions of the Projectbuilding of which the Leased Premises are a part, or from other sources or places; or (d) any act or omission , and regardless of any other tenant of the Project. Landlord shall not be liable for any such damage or injury even though whether the cause of such injury or damage or the means of repairing such damage same is accessible or not. Notwithstanding Landlord’s negligence or breach of this Lease, Landlord shall under no circumstances be liable for injury are not accessible to Tenant. The provisions ’s business or for any loss of this Section 6.02 shall not, however, exempt Landlord from liability for Landlord's gross negligence income or willful misconductprofit therefrom.

Exemption of Landlord from Liability. Tenant hereby agrees that Landlord shall not be liable for any damage or injury to the person, Tenant’s business (or any loss of income therefrom), therefrom or for damage to the goods, wares, merchandise or other property of Tenant, Tenant's ’s employees, invitees, customers customers, or any other person in or about the Property, whether such damage or injury is caused by or results from: (a) from fire, steam, electricity, watergas, gas water or rain; (b) , or from the breakage, leakage, obstruction or other defects of pipes, sprinklers, wires, appliances, plumbing, air conditioning or lighting fixtures fixtures, or from any other cause; (c) , whether the said damage or injury results from latent defects or other conditions arising in or about upon the Property or upon other portions of the Projectbuilding(s) of which the Property is a part, or from other sources or places; places and regardless of whether the cause of such damage or (d) any act injury or omission the means of any other tenant of repairing the Projectsame is inaccessible to Tenant. Landlord shall not be liable for any such damage damages arising from any act or injury even though neglect of any other tenant of the cause of or building in which the means of repairing such damage or injury are not accessible to Tenant. The provisions of this Section 6.02 shall not, however, exempt Landlord from liability for Landlord's gross negligence or willful misconductProperty is located.

Landlord shall not be liable for any such damage or injury even though the cause of or the means of repairing such damage or injury are not accessible to Tenant. The provisions of this Section 6.02 shall not, however, exempt Landlord from liability for Landlord's ’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Tenant hereby agrees that Landlord shall not be liable for any damage or injury to the person, Tenant's business (or any loss of income therefrom), therefrom or for damage to the goods, wares, merchandise or other property of Tenant, Tenant's employees, invitees, customers customers, or any other person in or about the Property, whether such damage or injury is caused by or results from: (a) from fire, steam, electricity, watergas, gas water or rain; (b) , or from the breakage, leakage, obstruction or other defects of pipes, sprinklers, wires, appliances, plumbing, air conditioning or lighting fixtures fixtures, or from any other cause; (c) , whether the said damage or injury results from latent defects or other conditions arising in or about upon the Property or upon other portions of the Projectbuilding(s) of which the Property is a part, or from other sources or places; places and regardless of whether the cause of such damage or (d) any act injury or omission the means of any other tenant of repairing the Projectsame is inaccessible to Tenant. Landlord shall not be liable for any such damage or injury even though the cause of or the means of repairing such damage or injury are not accessible to Tenant. The provisions of this Section 6.02 shall not, however, exempt Landlord from liability for Landlord's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Exemption of Landlord from Liability. Except as provided in Section 9.7.1, Landlord shall not be liable for any injury or damage or injury to the person, business (person or any loss of income therefrom), goods, wares, merchandise or other property of Tenant, Tenant's employees, contractors, invitees, customers customers, or any other person in or about the PropertyPremises, whether such damage or injury is caused by or results from: (a) from fire, steam, electricity, watergas, gas water or rain; (b) , or from the breakage, leakage, obstruction or other defects of pipes, fire sprinklers, wires, appliances, plumbing, air conditioning or lighting fixtures fixtures, or from any other cause; (c) , whether said injury or damage results from conditions arising in or about upon the Property or upon other portions of the Project, Premises or from other sources or places; or (d) any act or omission , and regardless of any other tenant whether the cause of the Project. Landlord shall not be liable for any such damage or injury even though the cause of or the means of repairing such damage the same is accessible or injury are not accessible to Tenantnot. The provisions Notwithstanding Landlord's negligence or breach of this Section 6.02 Lease, Landlord shall not, however, exempt Landlord from liability under no circumstances be liable for Landlordany loss of income or profit of Tenant's gross negligence business or willful misconductany other consequential damage.

The provisions of this Section 6.02 6.03 shall not, however, exempt Landlord from liability for Landlord's gross negligence or willful misconduct. As used in this Section, the term "Landlord" shall include Landlord's employees, agents, contractors, and invitees, if applicable.

Landlord shall not be liable for any such damage or injury even though the cause of or the means of repairing such damage or injury are not accessible to Tenant. The provisions of this Section 6.02 shall not, however, exempt Landlord from liability for Landlord's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Landlord shall not be liable for any such damage or injury even though the cause of or the means of repairing such damage or injury are not accessible to by Tenant. The provisions of this Section 6.02 shall not:, however, exempt Landlord from liability for Landlord's gross negligence or willful misconduct. Section 6.03.

Exemption of Landlord from Liability. Landlord shall not be liable for any damage or injury to the person, business (or any loss of income therefrom), goods, wares, merchandise or other property of Tenant, Tenant's ’s employees, invitees, customers or any other person in or about the Property, whether such damage or injury is caused by or results from: (a) fire, steam, electricity, water, gas or rain; (b) the breakage, leakage, obstruction or other defects of pipes, sprinklers, wires, appliances, plumbing, air conditioning or lighting fixtures or any other cause; (c) conditions arising in or about the Property or upon other portions of the Project, or from other sources or places; or (d) any act or omission of any other tenant of to the Project. Landlord shall not be liable for any such damage or injury even though the cause of or the means of repairing such damage or injury are not accessible to Tenanttenant. The provisions Provisions of this the Section 6.02 shall not, however, exempt Landlord from liability for Landlord's ’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Exemption of Landlord from Liability. Landlord shall not be liable for any damage or injury to the person, business (or any loss of income therefrom), goods, wares, merchandise or other property of Tenant, Tenant's employees, invitees, customers or any other person in or about the Property, whether such damage or injury is caused by or results from: (a) fire, steam, electricity, water, gas or rain; (b) the breakage, leakage, obstruction or other defects of pipes, sprinklers, wires, appliances, plumbing, air conditioning or lighting fixtures or any other cause; (c) conditions arising in or about the Property or upon other portions of the Project, or from other sources or places; or (d) any act or omission of any other tenant of the ProjectLandlord. Landlord shall not be liable for any such damage or injury even though the cause of or the means of repairing such damage or injury are not accessible to Tenant. The provisions Landlord is obligated to repair the Property in certain circumstances under paragraph 4 of this Section 6.02 shall not, however, exempt Landlord from liability for Landlord's gross negligence or willful misconductthe Construction Rider.

Exemption of Landlord from Liability. Landlord shall not be liable for any such damage or injury even though the cause of or the means of repairing such damage or injury are not accessible to Tenant. The provisions of this Section 6.02 shall not, however, exempt Landlord from liability for Landlord's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Landlord shall not be liable for any such damage or injury even though the cause of or the means of repairing such damage or injury are not accessible to Tenant. The provisions of this Section 6.02 6.03 shall not, however, exempt Landlord from liability for Landlord's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Landlord shall not be liable for any such damage or injury even though the cause of or the means of repairing such damage or injury are not accessible to Tenant. The provisions of this Section 6.02 shall not, however, exempt Landlord from liability for to the extent of Landlord's ’s gross negligence or willful misconduct, and are subject to Section 4.04(d)(iv) above.

Landlord shall not be liable for any such damage or injury even though the cause of or the means of repairing such damage or injury are not accessible to Tenant. The provisions of this Section 6.02 shall not, however, exempt Landlord from liability for Landlord's gross negligence or willful misconduct, or defects in the construction, which is the responsibility of the Landlord.

Exemption of Landlord from Liability. Landlord shall not be liable for any damage or injury to the person, business (or any loss of income therefrom), goods, wares, merchandise or other property of Tenant, Tenant's employees, invitees, customers or any other person in or about the Property, whether such damage or injury is caused by or results from: (a) fire, steam, electricity, water, gas or rain; (b) the breakage, leakage, obstruction or other defects of pipes, sprinklers, wires, appliances, plumbing, air conditioning or lighting fixtures or any other cause; (c) conditions arising in or about the Property or upon other portions of the Project, or from other sources or places; or (d) any act or omission of any other tenant of the Project. Landlord shall not be liable for any such damage or injury even though the cause of or the means of repairing such damage or injury are not accessible to Tenant. The provisions of this Section 6.02 shall not, however, exempt Landlord from liability for Landlord's ’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Landlord shall not be liable for any such damage or injury even though the cause of or the means of repairing such damage or injury are not accessible to Tenant. The provisions of this Section 6.02 shall not, however, exempt Landlord from liability for Landlord's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Landlord shall not be liable for any such damage or injury even though the cause of or the means of repairing such damage or injury are not accessible to Tenant. The provisions of this Section 6.02 shall not, however, exempt Landlord from liability for Landlord's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Exemption of Landlord from Liability. Landlord shall not be liable for any injury or damage or injury to the person, business (person or any loss of income therefrom), goods, wares, merchandise or other property of Tenant, Tenant's employees, contractors, invitees, customers customers, or any other person in or about the PropertyPremises, whether such damage or injury is caused by or results from: (a) from fire, steam, electricity, watergas, gas water or rain; (b) , or from the breakage, leakage, obstruction or other defects of pipes, fire sprinklers, wires, appliances, plumbing, air conditioning or lighting fixtures fixtures, or from any other cause; (c) , whether said injury or damage results from conditions arising in or about upon the Property or upon other portions of the Project, Premises or from other sources or places; or (d) any act or omission , and regardless of any other tenant whether the cause of the Project. Landlord shall not be liable for any such damage or injury even though the cause of or the means of repairing such damage the same is accessible or injury are not accessible to Tenantnot. The provisions Notwithstanding Landlord's negligence or breach of this Section 6.02 Lease, Landlord shall not, however, exempt Landlord from liability under no circumstances be liable for Landlordany loss of income or profit of Tenant's gross negligence business or willful misconductany other consequential damage.

Exemption of Landlord from Liability. Landlord shall not be liable for any damage or injury to the person, business (or any loss of income therefrom), goods, wares, merchandise or other property of Tenant, . Tenant's employees, invitees, customers or any other person in or about the Property, whether such damage or injury is caused by or results from: (a) fire, steam, electricity, water, gas or rain; (b) the breakage, leakage, obstruction or other defects of pipes, sprinklers, wires, appliances, plumbing, air conditioning or lighting fixtures or any other cause; (c) conditions arising in or about the Property or upon other portions of the Project, or from other sources or places; or (d) any act or omission of any other tenant of the ProjectLandlord. Landlord shall not be liable for any such damage or injury even though the cause of or the means of repairing such damage or injury are not accessible to Tenant. The provisions of this Section 6.02 shall not, however, exempt Landlord from liability for Landlord's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Exemption of Landlord from Liability. Landlord shall not be liable for any damage or injury to the person, business (or any loss of income therefromthere from), goods, wares, merchandise or other property of Tenant, Tenant's ’s employees, invitees, customers or any other person in or about the Property, whether such damage or injury is caused by or results from: ; (a) fire, steam, electricity, water, gas or rain; (b) the breakage, leakage, obstruction or other defects of pipes, sprinklers, wires, appliances, plumbing, air conditioning condition or lighting fixtures or any other cause; (c) conditions arising in or about the Property or upon other portions of the Project, or from other sources or places; or (d) any act or omission of any other tenant of the Project. Landlord shall not be liable for any such damage or injury even though the cause of or the means of repairing such damage or injury are not accessible to Tenant. The provisions of this Section 6.02 shall not, however, exempt Landlord from liability for Landlord's ’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
