Common use of Executive Assistant Clause in Contracts

Executive Assistant. SRs are resource people and advisors to the Local Executive and assist in the carrying out of its duties. SRs may be directed to conduct a training and long-term planning meeting of the Executive subsequent to each Annual General Meeting. SRs will, unless otherwise advised, attend all Executive meetings and shall report verbally to the meeting, as deemed appropriate by the Executive. When requested, SRs shall attend membership and departmental membership meetings, local committee meetings and conventions, conferences, and other meetings as directed.
