Exchange of Warrant Certificate. Any Warrant certificate may be exchanged for another certificate or certificates entitling the Warrantholder to purchase a like aggregate number of Shares as the certificate or certificates surrendered then entitled such Warrantholder to purchase. Any Warrantholder desiring to exchange a Warrant certificate shall make such request in writing delivered to the Company, and shall surrender, properly endorsed, with signatures guaranteed, the certificate evidencing the Warrant to be so exchanged. Thereupon, the Company shall execute and deliver to the person entitled thereto a new Warrant certificate as so requested.
Exchange of Warrant Certificate. This Warrant certificate may be exchanged for another certificate or certificates entitling the Holder to purchase a like aggregate number of Shares as this certificate then entitles the Holder to purchase. Any Holder of this Warrant desiring to exchange this Warrant certificate shall make such request in writing delivered to the Company, and shall surrender this certificate, properly endorsed, to the Company. Thereupon, the Company shall execute and deliver to the person entitled thereto a new Warrant certificate or certificates, as the case may be, as so requested.
Exchange of Warrant Certificate. Subject in all respects to the ------------------------------- limitations on transferability and divisibility of Section 1 hereof, any certificate evidencing all or a portion of the Warrant may be exchanged for another certificate or certificates entitling the Holder to purchase a like aggregate number of Shares as the certificate or certificates surrendered then entitling such Holder to purchase. Any Holder desiring to exchange a certificate evidencing all or a portion of the Warrant, shall make such request in writing delivered to the Company, and shall surrender, properly endorsed, the certificate evidencing the portion of the Warrant to be so exchanged. Thereupon, the Company shall, within five (5) business days, execute and deliver to the person entitled thereto a new certificate evidencing all or a portion of the Warrant as so requested.
Exchange of Warrant Certificate. This Warrant Certificate, when surrendered at the principal executive office of the Company by the Registered Owner in person or by attorney duly authorized in writing, may be exchanged for any other Warrant Certificate of different denominations, of like tenor and representing in the aggregate the right to purchase a like number of shares.
Exchange of Warrant Certificate. Subject to the provisions of Section 3 above, this warrant certificate may be exchanged for a number of warrant certificates of the same tenor as this warrant certificate for the purchase in the aggregate of the same number of Shares of the Company as are purchasable upon the exercise of this warrant certificate, upon surrender hereof at the office of the Company with written instructions as to the denominations of the warrant certificates to be issued in exchange.

Subject to any restriction upon transfer set forth in this Warrant Agreement, each Warrant Certificate may be exchanged for another Warrant Certificate or Warrant Certificates of like tenor and representing in the aggregate a like number of Warrants. Any Holder desiring to exchange a Warrant Certificate or Warrant Certificates shall make such request in writing delivered to the Company, and shall surrender, properly endorsed, the Warrant Certificate or Warrant Certificates to be so exchanged. Thereupon, the Company shall execute and deliver to the person entitled thereto a new Warrant Certificate or Warrant Certificates, as the case may be, as so requested.

Any Warrant Certificate may be exchanged for another certificate or certificates of like tenor entitling the Warrantholder to purchase a like aggregate number of Warrant Shares as the certificate or certificates surrendered then entitles such Warrantholder to purchase. Any Warrantholder desiring to exchange a Warrant Certificate shall make such request in writing delivered to the Warrant Agent, and shall surrender, properly endorsed, the certificate evidencing the Warrant to be so exchanged. Thereupon, the Company shall execute, and the Warrant Agent shall countersign and deliver to the Person entitled thereto, a new Warrant certificate or Certificates as so requested.
Exchange of Warrant Certificate. The Warrant Certificate is ------------------------------- exchangeable, upon its surrender by the registered Holder at such office or agency of the Company, for a new Warrant Certificate of like tenor, representing, in the aggregate, the right to subscribe for and purchase hereunder each of such new Warrant to represent the right to subscribe for and purchase such number of shares and warrants as shall be designated by the registered Holder at the time of such surrender. Upon receipt of evidence satisfactory to the Company of the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of the Warrant Certificate, and, in case of any such loss, theft or destruction, upon delivery of a bond of indemnity satisfactory to the Company, or, in the case of any such mutilation, upon surrender or cancellation of the Warrant Certificate, the Company will issue to the registered Holder a new Warrant Certificate of like tenor, in lieu of the Warrant Certificate, representing the right to subscribe for and purchase the number of shares that may be subscribed for and purchased at that time.
Exchange of Warrant Certificate. Upon Holder's written request, Aironet shall exchange the Warrant certificate for one or more certificates entitling Holder to purchase a like aggregate number of Warrant Shares. At Holder's request and upon delivery to Aironet of a Lost Warrant Affidavit and surety bond reasonably acceptable to Aironet, Aironet will deliver to Holder replacement Warrant certificates for mutilated, lost, stolen or destroyed Warrant certificates.
