Common use of Exchange of Records Clause in Contracts

Exchange of Records. 36.3.1 Carrier and CenturyLink will exchange records, as necessary, based upon standards mutually agreed to by the Parties. Carrier and CenturyLink further agree they will work toward implementing a record exchange process in accordance with industry standards. Both parties will ensure that all records are accurate and complete and represent the true nature of the traffic.
