Exchange Teaching An employee on continuing or professional service contract may be granted a leave of absence for one year for the purpose of exchange teaching. Exchange teaching shall be limited to accredited public school systems, colleges and universities or similar institutions. The cooperating school system, college or university must furnish an employee to take the place of the employee released by the Board. The released employee shall draw full salary plus the value of any supplements performed by the cooperating employee. Application for exchange teaching for the next school year must be made by April 15.
Exchange Control Information Exchange control reporting is required for cash transactions exceeding AUD10,000 and for international fund transfers. If an Australian bank is assisting with the transaction, the bank will file the report on your behalf.
Exchange (a) The Board of Directors of the Company may, at its option, at any time after any Person becomes an Acquiring Person, exchange all or part of the then outstanding and exercisable Rights (which shall not include Rights that have become void pursuant to the provisions of Section 11(a)(ii) hereof) for Common Shares at an exchange ratio of one Common Share per Right, appropriately adjusted to reflect any stock split, stock dividend or similar transaction occurring after the date hereof (such exchange ratio being hereinafter referred to as the "Exchange Ratio"). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Board of Directors shall not be empowered to effect such exchange at any time after any Person (other than the Company, any Subsidiary of the Company, any employee benefit plan of the Company or any such Subsidiary, or any entity holding Common Shares for or pursuant to the terms of any such plan), together with all Affiliates and Associates of such Person, becomes the Beneficial Owner of 50% or more of the Common Shares then outstanding.
Registration Statement The Registration Statement shall have become effective under the Securities Act and no stop order suspending the effectiveness of the Registration Statement shall have been issued and no proceedings for that purpose shall have been initiated or threatened by the SEC.
Exchange of Traffic 66.2.1. The Parties may send each other Indirect Traffic.
Registration for E - Bidders 4.1. Parties who are interested to participate in public auction as (“E-Bidders”) may do so by logging on to the Auctioneer’s website and register as a user.
REGISTRATION OF E-BIDDERS 2.1. E-Bidders shall provide true, current and accurate information to register as a member.
Registration Data Upon placing an order for Pilot Voice, and at subsequent times as requested by Pilot, Customer agrees to provide Pilot with its (i) true, accurate, current, and complete business name, (ii) physical addresses where Voice Service will be used, (iii) 911 registered address for each applicable endpoint, (iv) a designated Account Administrator, and (v) user email addresses, phone numbers, and any other requested data which may be necessary to administer its Voice Service account (the “Account”) (collectively, “Registration Data”). Customer represents and warrants that the information it provides is accurate, current, and complete, and agrees to promptly update any of the information if it changes. If Customer provides Registration Data that is false, inaccurate, not current, incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful, Pilot has the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate the Voice Services and refuse any and all current or future use of all Voice Services by Customer, its business(es), affiliates and all users of its Account. Upon provision of all Registration Data and acceptance of Customer’s Service Order, Pilot may provide Customer’s designated Account Administrator and other Pilot Voice users with, as applicable, administrator or user web portal logins and other Account information. Customer is solely liable for any transactions or activities by it or any third- party that occurs on its Account. Customer shall immediately notify Pilot of any unauthorized use of its Account or if any other breach of security has occurred. In no event shall Pilot be liable for any unauthorized, third-party use of your Account.
Distribution of Union Literature (a) The Employer will provide space to the Union during Employee orientation to allow the Union to distribute Union literature related to the orientation of new Union members.
Exchange of Shifts Employees may exchange shifts with the approval of the Employer, provided that, whenever possible, sufficient advance notice in writing is given and provided that there is no increase in cost to the Employer.
