Common use of Excess/Umbrella Liability Clause in Contracts

Excess/Umbrella Liability. Tenant shall maintain in full force and effect at all times, and at its own expense, umbrella liability coverage in an amount not less than $2,000,000.00 per occurrence. Umbrella liability coverage is to be in excess of the commercial general liability, and automobile liability requirements outlined in Sections 16.1 (b), and (c) above.
