Excess Surface Moisture. In the event that monthly weighted average Surface Moisture in Coal exceeds seven percent (7%) during the months from October to May and nine percent (9%) during the months from June to September, the Coal quantities delivered to the Purchaser during such month shall be adjusted for the resultant excess Surface Moisture, which shall be calculated in percentage by which the Surface Moisture exceeds the foregoing limits.
