Excavation and Trenching. All trenches, 1.2m (4 feet) or more in depth, shall at all times be supplied with at least one ladder for each 30m (100 feet) in length or fraction thereof. Ladder shall be extended from bottom of the trench to at least 90cm (.3 feet) above the surface of the ground.
