Common use of Evidence of Payments Clause in Contracts

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after payment by an Obligor of any Taxes pursuant to this Section, Borrower Agent shall deliver to Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by the appropriate Governmental Authority evidencing the payment, a copy of any return required by Applicable Law to report the payment or other evidence of payment reasonably satisfactory to Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by the Borrower to an Obligor of any Taxes Official Body pursuant to this SectionSection 4.3, the Borrower Agent shall deliver to the Facility Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by the appropriate Governmental Authority such Official Body evidencing the such payment, a copy of any the return required by Applicable Law to report the reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Facility Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by an Obligor of any Taxes the Borrower to a governmental authority pursuant to the provisions of this SectionAddendum 1, the Borrower Agent shall deliver to the Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by the appropriate Governmental Authority such governmental authority evidencing the such payment, a copy of any the return required by Applicable Law to report the reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by an Obligor of any Taxes Borrower to a Governmental Authority pursuant to the provisions of this SectionExhibit C, Borrower Agent shall deliver to Collateral Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by the appropriate such Governmental Authority evidencing the such payment, a copy of any the return required by Applicable Law to report the reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to Collateral Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by the Borrower to an Obligor of any Taxes Official Body pursuant to this SectionSection 4.3, the Borrower Agent shall deliver to the Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by the appropriate Governmental Authority such Official Body evidencing the such payment, a copy of any the return required by Applicable Law to report the reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by an Obligor of any Taxes Borrower to a Governmental Authority pursuant to this SectionSection 1.8, Borrower Agent shall deliver to Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by the appropriate such Governmental Authority evidencing the such payment, a copy of any the return required by Applicable Law to report the reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after payment by an Obligor of any Taxes pursuant to this Section, Borrower Agent shall deliver to Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by the appropriate Governmental Authority evidencing the payment, a copy of any return required by Applicable Law to report the payment or other evidence of payment reasonably satisfactory to Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by the Borrower to an Obligor of any Taxes Official Body pursuant to this SectionSection 2.15, the Borrower Agent shall deliver to the Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by the appropriate Governmental Authority such Official Body evidencing the such payment, a copy of any the return required by Applicable Law to report the reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by an Obligor of any Taxes Borrower to a governmental authority pursuant to the provisions of this SectionAddendum 1, Borrower Agent shall deliver to Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by the appropriate Governmental Authority such governmental authority evidencing the such payment, a copy of any the return required by Applicable Law to report the reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to Agent.

As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by an Obligor of any Taxes the Borrower to a Governmental Authority pursuant to this SectionSection 2.5, the Borrower Agent shall deliver to the Collateral Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by the appropriate such Governmental Authority evidencing the such payment, a copy of any the return required by Applicable Law to report the reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by an Obligor of any Taxes the Borrower to a Governmental Authority pursuant to this Section, the Borrower Agent shall deliver to the Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by the appropriate such Governmental Authority evidencing the paymentsuch payment (if any), a copy of any the return required by Applicable Law to report the reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.

As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by the Borrower to an Obligor of any Taxes pursuant to this SectionOfficial Body, the Borrower Agent shall deliver to the Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by the appropriate Governmental Authority such Official Body evidencing the such payment, a copy of any the return required by Applicable Law to report the reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by an Obligor of any Taxes pursuant the Obligors to a Governmental Authority as provided in this SectionSection 5.8, the Borrower Agent shall deliver to Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by the appropriate such Governmental Authority evidencing the such payment, a copy of any return required by Applicable Law Laws to report the such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by an Obligor of any Taxes Xxxxxxxx to a governmental authority pursuant to the provisions of this SectionAddendum 1, Borrower Agent shall deliver to the Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by the appropriate Governmental Authority such governmental authority evidencing the such payment, a copy of any the return required by Applicable Law to report the reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by an Obligor of any Taxes Xxxxxxxx to a Governmental Authority pursuant to the provisions of this SectionAddendum 1, Borrower Agent shall deliver to Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by the appropriate such Governmental Authority evidencing the such payment, a copy of any the return required by Applicable Law to report the reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after payment by an Obligor of any Taxes to a Governmental Authority pursuant to this Section, Borrower Agent shall deliver to Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by the appropriate Governmental Authority evidencing the payment, a copy of any return required by Applicable Law to report the payment or other evidence of payment reasonably satisfactory to Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after payment by an Obligor of any Taxes pursuant to this Section, Borrower Agent shall deliver to Agent Lender the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by the appropriate Governmental Authority evidencing the payment, a copy of any return required by Applicable Law to report the payment or other evidence of payment reasonably satisfactory to AgentLender.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after payment by an Obligor of any Taxes pursuant to this Section, Borrower Agent Obligors shall deliver to Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by the appropriate Governmental Authority evidencing the payment, a copy of any return required by Applicable Law to report the payment or other evidence of payment reasonably satisfactory to Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after payment by an Obligor of any Taxes pursuant to this Section, US Borrower Agent shall deliver to Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by the appropriate Governmental Authority evidencing the payment, a copy of any return required by Applicable Law to report the payment or other evidence of payment reasonably satisfactory to Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after payment by an Obligor of any Taxes pursuant to this Section, Borrower Agent shall deliver to Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by the appropriate Governmental Authority evidencing the payment, a copy of any return required by Applicable Law to report the payment or other evidence of payment reasonably satisfactory to AgentAgent in its Permitted Discretion.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by an Obligor of any Taxes pursuant the Borrower to this Sectiona Official Body, the Borrower Agent shall deliver to the Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by the appropriate Governmental Authority such Official Body evidencing the such payment, a copy of any the return required by Applicable Law to report the reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after payment by an Obligor of any Taxes pursuant to this Section, Borrower Agent shall deliver to Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by the appropriate Governmental Authority evidencing the payment, a copy of any return required by Applicable Law to report the payment or other evidence of payment reasonably satisfactory to Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after payment by an Obligor of any Taxes pursuant to this Section, Borrower Agent shall deliver to Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by the appropriate Governmental Authority evidencing the payment, a copy of any return required by Applicable Law to report the payment or other evidence of payment reasonably satisfactory to Agent.. 5.9.6

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by the Borrower to an Obligor of any Taxes Authority pursuant to this SectionSection 9.02, the Borrower Agent shall deliver to the Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by the appropriate Governmental such Authority evidencing the such payment, a copy of any the return required by Applicable Law to report the reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after payment by an Obligor a Loan Party of any Taxes pursuant to this Section, Borrower Agent shall deliver to Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by the appropriate Governmental Authority evidencing the payment, a copy of any return required by Applicable Law to report the payment or other evidence of payment reasonably satisfactory to Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after payment by an Obligor of any Taxes pursuant to this Section, Borrower Agent shall deliver to Agent Lender the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by the appropriate Governmental Authority evidencing the payment, a copy of any return required by Applicable Law to report the payment or other evidence of payment reasonably satisfactory to AgentLender. 5.8.4.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after payment by an Obligor of any Taxes pursuant to this Section, Borrower Agent shall deliver to Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by the appropriate Governmental Authority evidencing the payment, a copy of any return required by Applicable Law to report the payment or other evidence of payment reasonably satisfactory to Agent.. 102904560_9

As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by the Borrower to an Obligor of any Taxes pursuant to this SectionOfficial Body, the Borrower Agent shall deliver to the Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by the appropriate Governmental Authority such Official Body evidencing the such payment, a copy of any the return required by Applicable Law to report the reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by an Obligor of any Taxes pursuant the Borrower to this Sectiona Official Body, the Borrower Agent shall deliver to the Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by the appropriate Governmental Authority such Official Body 112 evidencing the such payment, a copy of any the return required by Applicable Law to report the reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after payment by an Obligor of any Taxes pursuant to this Section, Borrower Agent shall deliver to Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by the appropriate Governmental Authority evidencing the payment, a copy Xxxxxxxx – Loan, Security and Guaranty Agreement #53354946 EXECUTION VERSION of any return required by Applicable Law to report the payment or other evidence of payment reasonably satisfactory to AgentAgent in its Permitted Discretion.

Evidence of Payments. As Upon request by Agent, as soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by an Obligor of any Taxes pursuant Borrower to this Sectiona Governmental Authority, Borrower Agent shall deliver to Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by the appropriate such Governmental Authority evidencing the such payment, a copy of any the return required by Applicable Law to report the reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after payment by an Obligor of any Taxes pursuant to this Section, Borrower Agent shall deliver to Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by the appropriate Governmental Authority evidencing the payment, a copy of any return required by Applicable Law to report the payment or other evidence of payment reasonably satisfactory to Agent. 5.8.5.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after payment by an Obligor of any Taxes pursuant to this Section, Borrower Agent shall deliver to Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by the appropriate Governmental Authority evidencing the payment, a copy of any return required by Applicable Law to report the payment or other evidence of payment reasonably satisfactory to Agent.. ​
