Evening Shifts. Full-time employees shall not work more than two (2) shifts per calendar week after 6:00 p.m. when the store is open for evening shopping, unless they voluntarily agree to do so.

Evening Shifts. (a) Effective September 1, 2008, a shift bonus of 67¢ per hour shall be paid for all hours worked between 3:00 p.m. and 12 midnight, with the exception that no shift bonus is payable for any part of a normal day shift.

Evening Shifts. Effective the first day of the pay period including City Council approval of this MOU unit employees who are assigned to work any hours that occur on or after 3:00 p.m. but before 12:00 a.m. shall receive one dollar and twenty–five cents ($1.25) per hour extra above their base hourly rate for each hour worked within this time period. To receive this pay, the employee must work at least four (4) hours of his/her shift between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m.

  • Opening hours The restaurant must inform Xxxxxx Xxx Ltd of its hours of operation (the “Opening Hours”), and of any changes to such Opening Hours. If the hours of operation are stated on the menu, Xxxxxx Xxx Ltd shall be entitles to treat these as the Opening Hours unless the Restaurant informs Xxxxxx Xxx Ltd otherwise.

  • Night Shift Employees who regularly work a full shift of eight (8) hours or more on night shift as defined in Section 12.6.1 (Types of Shifts), which includes four (4) hours or more between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 7:00 a.m., shall be paid their regular salary plus ten percent (10%) of their monthly salary per month, provided that in the case of any employee who is regularly assigned to night-shift work for less than an entire work week, the additional payment shall be made only for the portion of the work week worked on the night-shift assignment.
