Common use of Evening Shifts Clause in Contracts

Evening Shifts. (a) Effective September 1, 2008, a shift bonus of 67¢ per hour shall be paid for all hours worked between 3:00 p.m. and 12 midnight, with the exception that no shift bonus is payable for any part of a normal day shift.

Evening Shifts. (a) Effective September 1, 20082002, a shift bonus of 67¢ 53¢ 56¢ per hour shall be paid for all hours worked between 3:00 4.00 p.m. and 12 midnight, with the exception that no shift bonus is payable for any part of a normal day shift.

Evening Shifts. (a) Effective September 1, 20082004, a shift bonus of 67¢ 60¢ per hour shall be paid for all hours worked between 3:00 p.m. and 12 midnight, with the exception that no shift bonus is payable for any part of a normal day shift.
