Evaluator's Report. In the event that an evaluator determines that the performance of a teacher under their supervision merits probation, the evaluator shall report the same in writing to the Superintendent after October 15. Such report should be made with sufficient time for the Superintendent to review the recommendation and make a determination whether to place the employee on probation at least sixty (60) school days prior to May 15 (generally, by about January 20). The report should include the following: 1. The evaluation report, and, 2. A recommended specific and reasonable program designed to assist the teacher in improving their performance.
