Limited Licence. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence, subject to the terms of this Agreement, to access and use the Site, and related content, materials, information (collectively, the "Content") solely for approved purposes as permitted by us from time to time. Any other use of the Site or Content is expressly prohibited and all other right, title, and interest in the Site or Content is exclusively the property of Coinbase and its licensors. You agree not to copy, transmit, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, modify, publish, or participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, or in any other way exploit any of the Content, in whole or in part.
Limited Licence. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you are hereby granted a limited, non- transferable, and non- exclusive licence to access, view, and use the Website and the Content for your personal, non-commercial use. You are granted the right to download, store, and/or print single copies of items comprising the Content for your personal, non- commercial use, provided that you maintain all copyright and other notices contained in such Content. You may not copy and/or repost items comprising the Content online. You must also abide by any additional requirements governing the use of any specific Content that may be set out in the Website. In the event of a conflict between the terms of a licence governing specific Content and this Agreement, the terms of the specific licence shall govern.
Limited Licence i. Subject to, and conditional upon Customer’s compliance with, the terms of this Agreement, RingCentral grants to Customer and its End User, a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable (other than as permitted under this Agreement), non-sublicensable licence to use any software provided or made available by RingCentral to the Customer as part of the Services (“Software”) to the extent reasonably required to use the Services as permitted by this Agreement, only for the duration that Customer is entitled to use the Services and subject to the Customer being current on its payment obligations.
Limited Licence. Customer grants to Secureworks a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Customer Data to perform the Services. Secureworks may process Security Event Data during and after the term hereof to develop and enhance its products and services. “Security Event Data” means information, collected during Secureworks provision of managed security services, related to security events. Customer grants to Secureworks a limited, non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable licence to use and otherwise process the Security Event Data during and after the term hereof to develop, enhance and/or improve its security services and the products and services it offers and provides to customers. To the extent such Security Event Data includes information about individuals, Secureworks will be the controller. This MSA does not transfer or convey to Secureworks or any third party any right, title or interest in or to the Customer Data or any associated IP rights, but only a limited right of use as granted in and revocable in accordance with this MSA.
Limited Licence. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you are hereby granted a limited, fully revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive licence to access, view and use the Website for your personal, non-commercial use, and are granted the right to download, store and print single copies of items comprising the Content for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you maintain all copyright, trade-xxxx and other notices contained in such Content. This limited license does not include any rights not specifically enumerated herein. Your limited license to use the Website and the Content is automatically revoked upon termination or expiration of this Agreement (whichever occurs first). You agree that you will not use the Website or any Content for any purpose that is unlawful.
Limited Licence. (a) CIHI grants you a non-exclusive and non-assignable licence to use the Licensed Products in Canada during the term of this agreement only for (1) reference purposes related to your collection and analysis of medical records information, and (2) internal education and research.

Limited Licence. When the applicant wishes to affix the XXXXX Xxxx on all the products composing a fully identified batch, the applicant shall formally places a request in written to a CB to be granted the right to use the XXXXX Xxxx. The applicant, shall supply N representative products of the batch that shall fully be tested in compliance to one of the standards defined in Annex 3. The number N is given by the requirements of the product standards. Upon satisfactory testing, a LOVAG Type Certificate is issued by the responsible CB for the applicant the representative products. The validity of the Certificate is indefinite. The right to use the Mark is granted as soon as the fees for the right to use the Mark are collected by the CB. The applicant receives a Limited Licence demonstrating its right to use the XXXXX Xxxx for one identified batch production. The Limited Licence is restricted to the products whose Individual serial reference numbers are recorded on the Limited licence, in an appropriate way. Each individual product shall bear the same reference number as mentioned on the licence and shall be fully traceable. The right to use the Mark is granted by the Certification Manager of the CB. The authorization to use the Mark is unseizable and inalienable. When the Mark is affixed, the Logotype to be used is defined in Annex 2. The Logotype can also be placed on the packaging, on the instruction booklets and on commercial leaflets.
Limited Licence. Your right to use the Electronic Trading Services and Ancillary Services is a limited licence wherein you shall not (attempt to):
