Evaluation & Privacy. Mentors shall not participate in the Administrator’s evaluation of any mentee, nor shall Mentors make any recommendation regarding the continued employment of the teacher. Information from any written documentation or from confidential mentor/mentee discussions is not privy to anyone without the mentee’s approval.
