EVALUATION MODEL AND FORMS. The Employer, with input from the Association, shall determine the model and forms, subject to the approval of the Board, to be used in the evaluation process.
EVALUATION MODEL AND FORMS. The model and form for the member evaluation will be modeled after that used for the tenure eligible members. Any changes will be made in consultation with a representative of the members and the district.
EVALUATION MODEL AND FORMS. 1. A committee shall be formed to review the current evaluation model, compare other models, and develop a new evaluation model that is based on a framework of standards for effective classroom teaching and which provides for individual development and professional growth.
2. The committee shall consist of three (3) administrators appointed by the Superintendent and three (3) teachers appointed by the Association. The committee shall be chaired by one of the administrators. The chairperson of the committee is charged with presenting the evaluation model(s) to the Board of Education by June 1, 2009.
