Common use of Evaluation Committee Clause in Contracts

Evaluation Committee. 2.01 There will be an Evaluation Committee composed of six persons: 3 representatives of the Board of Education, and three appointees from the Union (one each from an Elementary School, a Secondary School and Administration). The Evaluation Committee shall consider all requests for evaluation of job descriptions for new positions created within the bargaining unit and for re-evaluation of revised job descriptions for existing positions.
