ESTIMATED REASONABLE COST AND PROJECT FUNDS. The estimated reasonable cost of the total Project is set forth on the Cover Page of this Agreement, and is greater than or equal to the funding anticipated to be provided by the State Water Board under this Agreement. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the State Water Board agrees to provide Project Funds not to exceed the amount of the Project Funding Amount set forth on the Cover Page of this Agreement.
