Estimated Cost of Services Sample Clauses

Estimated Cost of Services. A cost estimate for election expenses is attached hereto and made a part of this contract as Exhibit “C” or Exhibit “C-1”, whichever is applicable. The parties agree that these are an estimate only and that the CITY is obligated to pay their respective portion of the actual expenses of the election (and runoff election, if applicable) as set forth herein. The Contracting Officer agrees to advise the CITY if it appears that the actual expenses incurred by the Contracting Officer will exceed by 20% or more the estimated expenses to be paid initially by the Contracting Officer and reimbursed jointly by the CITY.

Estimated Cost of Services a. A cost estimate for election expenses is set forth in Exhibit “F”, attached hereto and made part of this contract. The Contracting Officer agrees to advise the LPS if it becomes apparent that the actual expenses incurred by the Contracting Officer will exceed by 20% or more the estimated expenses as set forth in Exhibit “F”.
Estimated Cost of Services. SEE EXHIBIT “A” The Political Subdivision(s) agree that Exhibit “A” is an estimate only and the Political Subdivision(s) are obligated to pay the actual expenses of the election.

Related to Estimated Cost of Services

  • Cost of Services Political Subdivision shall share some expenses for the above services, supplies and equipment. Additional elections may lower costs for each entity, and election cancellations may raise costs for each entity. It is understood that other political entities may wish to participate in the use of the County’s electronic voting equipment and polling locations, and it is agreed that Contracting Officer may enter into other contracts with entities for those purposes on terms and conditions generally similar to those set forth in this Agreement. Only the actual expenses directly attributable to this Agreement and any prorated shared expenses may be charged to Political Subdivision, plus a 10% administrative fee.

  • Estimated Costs The proposed GMP Change Order shall include separately identified dollar amounts, stated as fixed sums, for Actual Costs as estimated by the Design-Builder for the complete construction of the Project, which amount shall include the all Trade Contract and Subcontract Sums, costs of materials, and any Component Change Order Sums;
