Establishment of Sick Leave Bank. Sick Leave Bank, hereinafter referred to as “Bank”, shall be established for OAPSE Local 643. Participation in the Bank shall be voluntary. The Bank shall remain in existence, provided that eighty percent (80%) of the bargaining unit members volunteer to participate, and shall be governed by the procedures in the Article. The participation drive shall attain 80% of the OAPSE Local 643 by October 1st.
