Common use of Establishment; Meetings Clause in Contracts

Establishment; Meetings. Promptly after the Amendment No. 3 Effective Date, the Parties shall establish a committee (the “Joint Patent Committee” or “JPC”). The JPC shall be composed of at least one (1) representative from each Party, at least one of which shall be a patent counsel for such Party.
