ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES. Serve as a resource/liaison for parents, students, staff and community members in the day-to-day operations of the school/building. • Serve as secretary to the administrator-in-charge and perform clerical functions as needed. • Assist with enrollment of new students, keep enrollment records up-to-date, assist with the determination of enrollment for official student counts. • Maintain appropriate records, files and accounts. • Maintain inventory and prepare orders for all instructional and office supplies. • Maintain internal funds for building/office. • Facilitate the scheduling of building usage and keep master calendar. • Schedule appointments and Parent/Teacher Conferences. • Sort and disburse mail. • Process new materials and books. • Prepare staff/office reports and evaluations. • Maintain personnel records for building/office staff as directed. • Perform other duties as required.
