Common use of ESHS Documents Clause in Contracts

ESHS Documents. (a) Within 30 days from the Appointed Date, the Concessionaire shall prepare and submit 4 hard copies and 1 soft copy on a compact disc of the ESHS Documents to BUIDCO. (b) The ESHS Documents shall collectively set out the health, safety and environment policies, guidelines and procedures to be followed by the Concessionaire in undertaking the Project, developed in accordance with the World Bank Group Safeguard Policies and Performance Standards, the ESMF, this Concession Agreement (including, specifically, Schedule 9), Applicable Laws, Applicable Permits, and Good Industry Practices. (c) The ESHS Documents shall comprise the following:

(b) The ESHS Documents shall collectively set out the Facility Specific health, safety and environment policies, guidelines and procedures to be followed by the Concessionaire in undertaking the Project, developed in accordance with the World Bank Group Safeguard Policies and Performance Standards, the ESMF, this Concession Agreement (including, specifically, Schedule 9), Applicable Laws, Applicable Permits, and Good Industry Practices. (c) The ESHS Documents shall comprise the following:
