ESHS Documents. (a) Within 30 days from the Appointed Date, the Concessionaire shall prepare and submit 4 hard copies and 1 soft copy on a compact disc of the ESHS Documents to BUIDCO.
(b) The ESHS Documents shall collectively set out the health, safety and environment policies, guidelines and procedures to be followed by the Concessionaire in undertaking the Project, developed in accordance with the World Bank Group Safeguard Policies and Performance Standards, the ESMF, this Concession Agreement (including, specifically, Schedule 9), Applicable Laws, Applicable Permits, and Good Industry Practices.
(c) The ESHS Documents shall comprise the following:
ESHS Documents. (a) Within 45 days from the Appointed Date, the Concessionaire shall prepare and submit 4 hard copies and 1 soft copy on a compact disc of detailed ESHS Documents to the Jal ▇▇▇▇▇. The ESHS Documents shall set out the Facility specific health, safety and environment policies, guidelines and procedures to be followed by the Concessionaire in undertaking the Project and shall include a comprehensive Site safety assurance plan in relation to the Mirzapur Site, developed in accordance with Applicable Laws, Applicable Permits, the Technical Standards, the EHS Standards (including specifically, the Performance Standards) and Good Industry Practices.
(b) The ESHS Documents shall set out the Facility specific health, safety and environment policies, guidelines and procedures to be followed by the Concessionaire in undertaking the Project developed in accordance with the ESMF, this Agreement (including, specifically, Schedule 9), Applicable Laws, Applicable Permits, and Good Industry Practices.

(a) Within 90 days from the Appointed Date for Tolly‟s Nallah Facilities and Garden Reach Facilities and 45 days from relevant Handover Date for Keorapukur Facilities and Kudghat PS, as applicable, the Concessionaire shall prepare and submit 4 hard copies and 1 soft copy on a compact disc of the ESHS Documents for each Location to the KMC.
