ESAS Transactions Effective Date Conditions Precedent. The amendments to the Credit Agreement contained in Section 2 of this Amendment and the limited consents contained in Section 4 of this Amendment, in each case, shall be effective upon the satisfaction of each of the conditions set forth in this Section 6 (the first date on which each of such conditions are satisfied, the “ESAS Transactions Effective Date”).
