Common use of Equipment Testing and Inspection Clause in Contracts

Equipment Testing and Inspection. 6.1. As described in M-MIP Overview Process Section 9.3, the Interconnection Customer shall test and inspect its Distributed Energy Resource and Interconnection Facilities prior to interconnection pursuant to Minnesota Technical Requirements and this Agreement.
