Equal Rights Clause. The parties to this Agreement jointly pledge that provisions of this Agreement shall apply uniformly to all members of the bargaining unit without regard to race, religion, color, sex, sexual preference/orientation, gender identity, marital status, national origin, disability, military status, genetic information, ancestry or age.
Equal Rights Clause. The parties to this agreement jointly pledge that provisions of this agreement shall be applied uniformly to all teaching employees without regard to race, color, religious creed, sex or national origin.
Equal Rights Clause. 25.01 The parties to this Contract jointly pledge that the provisions of this Contract shall be applied uniformly to all members of the bargaining unit without regard to race, color, religion, sex, disability, or national origin.

The Board of Education shall respect and uphold each employee’s right to privacy and constitutional rights as citizens.
