Equal Rights Clause. The parties to this Agreement jointly pledge that provisions of this Agreement shall be applied uniformly to all members of the Bargaining Unit without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, age, national origin or disability, marital status, sexual .orientation, gender identity and gender expression status sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression, veteran status, political or union affiliation, and to have due regard for employee privacy, and constitutional rights as citizens.
