Common use of Enzyme Specification Clause in Contracts

Enzyme Specification. Codexis shall manufacture and supply Codexis Enzyme in accordance with the Enzyme Specification (the “Enzyme Specification(s)”) attached under Exhibit 2.6. The Parties may amend the Enzyme Specification(s) from time to time [***]. Codexis Enzyme shall be manufactured in accordance with appropriate quality controls, as may be mutually agreed upon by the Parties in a separate written Quality Agreement.
