Environmental and Ergonomic Health and Safety. A. The State agrees that it shall make a reasonable effort to assign Unit 19 employees to work sites with proper ventilation, lighting, heat and air conditioning. The Union recognizes that in some circumstances this may not be feasible, and agrees to work with the State on reasonable alternative measures during these circumstances.
