Entry Into Force, Duration, Termination. 1. This Agreement shall enter into force thirty days after the date on which the Contracting Parties inform each other through diplomatic channels of ratification or approval, according to their respective legislation. 2. This Agreement shall remain in force for a period of ten years. It shall be extended thereafter for an indefinite period, unless terminated by either Contracting Party giving notice of termination in writing twelve (12) months in advance.
