Entry Into Force, Duration, Termination. 1. This Agreement shall enter into force thirty days after the date on which the Contracting Parties have exchanged written notifications informing each other that the procedures required by their respective laws to this end have been completed. It shall remain in force for a period of ten years from that date.

In addition to the present Agreement, a termination for any reason of the Market Participant’s Power Exchange Agreement with LAGIE leads to the automatic termination of the Agreement.

This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of HEnEx ’s confirmation of the Market Participant subscription and provided that the relevant Service (s) is/are made available to the Market Participant.
