Enhanced Severance. Enhanced ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ calculated on the basis of one (1) week's salary for every year worked to a maximum of five (5) weeks or $3,000 will be provided to employees who elect to resign and access Career Assistance. Enhanced Severance shall be the lesser of five (5) weeks’ salary or $3,000.
