Engineering Details. (a) The Licensee shall furnish to the Licensor or its authorised representative(s), in such manner and at such times as may be required, complete technical details with all calculations for engineering, planning and dimensioning of the system/network, concerned relevant literature, drawings, installation materials regarding the applicable system. (b) List of performance tests shall be furnished by the Licensee to the licensor and/ or to TEC one month prior to the date of commissioning of service. (c) Licensee shall supply all tools, test instruments and other accessories to the testing party of Licensor and /or TEC for conducting tests, if it so desires, prior to commissioning of the service or at any time during the currency of the Licence.
